Delivery Time
For Personalized Products:

• Creating your personalized order takes 4-21 business days, depending on the product.
• Shipping takes an additional 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• If you wish to include a logo, please provide it within 12 hours of placing your order.
• Same-day delivery is not available for personalized products.
• Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.
• Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, but they can be replaced if damaged during transit.

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Some designs include pre-printed text, with only certain elements customizable. Refer to product images and descriptions for more details. Printing of emojis and other graphics is not available.
