Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
- Personalized orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
- For order-related queries, contact us at support@stylenget.in
- Once an order for a personalized product is placed, it cannot be returned as it is custom-made.
- We do not print designs belonging to government or quasi-government bodies.
- You are liable for any offensive, harmful, harassing, or illegal usage of the product.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Process:
- Once approved and picked up, the return should reach us within 5-10 business days.
- A quality check will ensure the product was unused and retains its original packaging and tags.
- If the return passes the quality check, a refund will be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized items
- Free gifts and promotional items with retail value
- Sale products
- Non-personalized products returned after 7 days of receipt
- Non-personalized personal products from Drinkware, Self Care, and Accessories due to hygiene concerns
3. Return Fees:
A Rs 200 fee applies if we arrange the return.
4. Damaged Items:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with a photo/video of the damaged item.
- We will offer a replacement or refund based on availability.
5. Refund Amount:
Shipping costs will be deducted if applicable.
6. Refund Processing:
- Online refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- COD returns will require personal bank information and may take 5-7 business days.
How to Initiate a Refund
- Email support@stylenget.in with your order number.
- Our team will respond within 2-4 business days to assist with the process.
- Once completed, we will offer either store credit or a refund.
