Unless specified on individual product pages, this policy outlines your rights and responsibilities as a customer and provides guidance on resolving any issues related to your purchase.

Each of our products is unique and may have slight variations, as most items in our catalog are personalized.

We offer customer support exclusively through WhatsApp. Phone support is not available.

 

Minor Variations
There may be slight color differences depending on the resolution of the device used to access our website. 
Our manual production process may also result in variations based on the product name and category selected.


Delivery Time
For Personalized Products:

  • Creating your personalized order takes 4-21 business days, depending on the product.
  • Shipping takes an additional 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • If you wish to include a logo, please provide it within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Same-day delivery is not available for personalized products.
  • Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.
  • Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, but they can be replaced if damaged during transit.

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Some designs include pre-printed text, with only certain elements customizable. Refer to product images and descriptions for more details. Printing of emojis and other graphics is not available.

The printable area varies per product, affecting the size and placement of names, quotes, or texts. Designs related to Government or quasi-government bodies cannot be printed. You are responsible for ensuring that the product does not contain offensive, harmful, harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable or illegal content.

We reserve the right to request written permission before printing/manufacturing logos or designs related to government or associated entities.

Terms of Delivery
If your order includes products with different manufacturing timelines, we will ship the entire order together once all items are ready.

Refunds and Returns
Despite thorough inspection, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable taxes and shipping charges.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Free shipping, standard shipping, or any applied coupons will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are contingent on orders being shipped within the promised timeframe.
  • No returns or refunds for used items or opened packaging.
  • Returns take 1-7 days to be received, and refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

Customers will be updated on the return and refund status once goods are received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and notifications are sent via email or WhatsApp.

Return pickups are not offered. Please arrange to return products at your own cost, ensuring they reach us in perfect condition. Upon receipt, a quality check will be performed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, the refund will be issued.

Customized products cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. We do not accept returns for items that may pose hygiene concerns, such as eye masks, cutlery, or drinkware. If a product is out of stock, store credit valid for 180 days will be issued.
